リサウンド・スマート3Dアプリ内のリサウンド・アシスト遠隔サポート機能を使えば、お店に行くことなく、再調整のサポートを受けられます。リサウンド・スマート3Dアプリを使ってお店へ依頼。いくつかの質問に答えて送信すると、お店の補聴器専門家が再調整を行い、新しい設定を返信します。送られてきた設定をインストールすれば、補聴器はすぐに新しい設定を使い始めることができます。
